The Digital Imaging Bundle
Digital Imaging is a bit like doing magic with visual data. Since every pixel can be changed, moved or deleted, there are endless creative possibilities with graphics and photographs. Imaging.ids is oriented towards optimizing the capturing, uploading, manipulating and outputting of visual data using increasingly smarter digital imaging softtware and a platform–the Internet–that has evolved as an ideal place for sharing digital photos and graphics. Today, with our intensely visual culture, entire new fields are emerging because of our ability to manipulate 0s and 01s at increasingly higher levels.
The Digital Imaging bundle includes the following five courses:
TECH 1055: Graphic Communication Foundations
TECH 2070: Digital Pre-Media
TECH 3169: Digital Imaging
TECH 4158: Graphic Communications: Technical Visualization
TECH 4161: Digital Graphic Communications
The Digital Imaging bundle is offered through the Graphic Technologies major in the Technology Department.
